Notes N Share ("the app") is developed by Marwal Soft Solutions. This policy explains what the app does and does not do with your information.

Permissions the app uses

• Storage access — used to save, open, import, export, back up, and restore your notes and files on your own device. On newer versions of Android, this uses the scoped storage model, so the app can only access its own files.
• Microphone (audio recording) — used only when you choose to record an audio note. On Android 13 and above, the app also requests audio media access to manage recordings you've created.
• Vibration — used to alert you when a reminder notification fires.
• Boot completed — used to restore your scheduled reminder alarms after your device restarts.
• Notifications — used to show you reminder alerts you've set inside the app.

What the app does not do

• It does not collect, upload, sell, or share your personal data with anyone.
• It does not require you to create an account or sign in.
• It does not access your contacts, messages, call log, or location.
• It has no internet connectivity and cannot transmit data anywhere — everything you create stays on your device.

Your notes and data

Any text notes, hand-drawn notes, audio recordings, diary entries, or to-do lists you create are stored locally on your device. They are only used to provide the app's own features. Backup files created by the app are also kept locally unless you explicitly choose to share or export them using your device's share options.

Children's privacy

The app does not knowingly collect any information from anyone, including children, because it does not collect information at all. It has no ads, no analytics, and no account system.

Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated if the app's features change. Please check back from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "last updated" date above.
